The Calm Journal is a web-based trading journal application that allows you to log trades, track performance, manage checklists, and analyse your trading activity. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One person may not maintain more than one free account

The Service is a journaling tool and does not provide financial advice. Trade data and performance metrics are for personal reference only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information stored in or generated by the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Calm Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with notice, for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
